Check Teachers certifications. Listen to your children and always be cautious. Some things you can consider accidents or mistakes. I talked with one of the teachers after an accident and she admitted her mistake but never reported to the director. Afterwards they found out not only did they not do anything, they covered it up by saying something else and blaming an innocent child because he couldnt tell cause he not talking yet. During my child earlier stays, he were missing clothes that were never returned,plus the turnover of the staff is ridiculous. Always new people walking the halls. Too muuch trust around these innocent kids. Its already hard to find a good daycare but we shouldnt always be concerned about our kids safety. Ive talked with other parents that had problems as well but i wont post it.
