Description: The Morningside Presbyterian Children’s Center is a licensed full-service daycare center with care for pre-school children (2 years) through 6th graders. The purpose of the center is to provide children with a learning environment that is conducive to Christian growth and development, to encourage a lively awareness of God’s love for the child and his or her parents, and to provide full-time, reliable child care for working parents.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. After enrolling my son for roughly 3 months, I had to withdraw him after being bullied on a regular basis in front of staff while they sat and did nothing. My son came home crying begging me not to send him back after being bullied by a van full of students while the driver did nothing to help him. He was even physically attacked by another child while the staff member admitted to "watching to see how far it would go" and did nothing to help him. I wrote a letter to the management and they lacked the professionalism to respond. Given that this is a church facility I expected the management to hold their staff members to a certain moral standard. I was sorely mistaken, hopefully this review will help other parents to not make the same mistake I did.
