| Findings: Supervision Concern. There were three separate complaints relating to supervision, child-staff ratios, and health and safety. During the investigation, there was a corner of the playground that staff were unable to see children due to a storage unit which had a gap, the child-staff ratios were not incompliance, and a staff member was onsite who did not have a required background clearance. Resolution: The provider obtained background clearances for all staff. A gate was added to the playground, staff were repositioned in order to see all children and the gap was closed. A Plan of Correction was issued to the provider who has agreed to complete. Follow up inspections were completed during October, November and December of 2023 and the facility was found to be in compliance for all licensing requirements. Moosey Meadows completed the Plan of Correction by making corrections and maintaining compliance throughout the Plan of Correction period. The Plan of Correction is considered completed. | |||
