I have used this provider for more than 6 months

They are under staffed for the number of kids in class & staff is under educated. They do not want to follow doctors orders for the child. Never gave inhaler to asthmatic child. They want to decide what medicines child should have. They do not give healthy, nutritious snacks (no snack between breakfast & lunch & popsicles for afternoon snack) & wonder why they're always hungry. If you have a child that needs special care it is not the place for them. So called teacher is very loud & hollors alot. Gave child headaches. Staff goes to work sick spreading germs & flus & they allow sick children. You are not allowed to pick your child up during certain times & have a cut off for drop offs. They pass out alcohol to parents for gifts & this should've been a red flag. Will never recommend this place. They punish by taking away something they like to nap with at nap time. Of course child gets blamed for everything.
