About the Provider

Marian Heights is a stunning 42 unit, independent living complex for seniors 62 and older. Assisted services can be provided for those in need.

Marian Heights offers affordable rates and residents pay only 30% of household adjusted gross income for rent and utilities (excluding cable television and telephone service). Funded through the Department of Housing and Urban Development, income restrictions will apply.

Spacious apartments consist of a modern kitchen area, living area, bedroom and bathroom. To ensure the safety of all residents an Emergency Response System is in place for each unit.

In addition, Marian Heights will be the home to multi-generational programs operating on-site. These will include a child daycare program and an adult day center program.

With many community activities already set in place, residents will never feel alone. Further, they will be gently guided through any vital decisions that may need to be addressed. For these reasons and more, it's a wonderful environment for any senior to be a part of!
