The teachers and staff at this school deeply care about the children and provide a loving environment. Communication to the parents has been consistent, including emails, the use of an app to communicate updates, and notifications. They have periodic events which my child loves attending and the hours work well for our schedule. My child often comes home with the cutest art work, and their socialization, language, and academic skills have really improved drastically since joining this daycare. I highly recommend at least touring here if you are looking!
Some of the teachers are wonderful, but a majority of the really good ones don't stick around. I attribute this to poor management. This location needs new management to make it a caring environment. If management is cold, the whole facility is cold. The kids learn a lot but the environment is definitely not that family environment that Minnieland strives for. New management that respects both teachers and families would need to be put in place before my children will ever set foot in there.
Some of the teachers at this daycare care very much about the children, but the majority are just there for a paycheck. The kids are, at best, just a number to them. The management lacks communication with the parents and the teachers. With the amount of daycares in this area, I would make this your absolute last resort.
