My grandson is at this center and the Notice of Sanctions, referenced below, was brought to my attention by my daughter-in-law and I could not live with myself if I did not do something. Hence this review.

I do not want to start an online debate with this facilities owner. The infractions in this notice are facts observed by inspectors over a long period of time. I don’t feel there is much room for discussion.

I would like to give parents the opportunity to know the truth about what is going on at this center. Parents can decide for themselves where to place their children. I just don’t want to see any children hurt.

If you are interested in better understanding why the state of Massachusetts shut down Milestone Child Care’s infant program you can contact Elizabeth Dillion below. She will be happy to email you a copy. Ask for the ORDER TO PROTECT CHILDREN: NOTICE OF SANCTIONS AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO FINE, EEC DOCKET NO. LGSA-14-057, DATED 09/11/2014

I would not consider placing or keeping a child at Milestones Child Care without first reading this unsettling report.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
