I have used this provider for more than 6 months

She smokes cigerettes outside on the deck where the kids play. She missed getting my kid on the bus several times. My kid got bit several times by the same kid and she had no discipline plan to correct the biting. Other families had headlice and she did not disclose that to us so we caught it several times.we used her for a year then left due to all of the above. This was a few years ago.
