Provider was rude to me on multiple occasions. She would tell dad stuff (we split custody and don't communicate often), but would not tell me and then would get mad at me for not following her rules. She opens at 6, I showed up around 7 one morning and she was not there, she was voting but didn't let me know so I had to sit and wait for her to get back. I still kept my daughter there though because she loved it so much. Then covid-19 happened. She did not charge all parents to hold their children's place there, just the ones who paid of out pocket with their own money. I asked her if we could stop payments after a month or so, as we (her dad and I split childcare) could not afford to pay for a service we weren't using while also paying for someone else to keep our daughter. She said that was okay. Then a few weeks later told us we owed her money but could put us on a payment plan, she said she never agreed to stop payment just to postpone them, which was never a word either of us used. My daughter's dad tried to talk to her with no response. She texted us a week later and terminated our contract, so all the money we paid the first month or 2 to hold our daughter's place, was for nothing because she didn't even hold it. I've asked her 3 diff. Times now, her dad has also asked her for our daughter's PERSONAL BELONGINGS the she still has... She will NOT respond. My daughter can't have her favorite blanket because she refuses to answer, and my daughter is 2, why punish her for us not paying, just give us our stuff back!!!!
