Poorly trained staff. Expect young adults right out of high school and a super high turn over rate all the time. Expect frequent closures, with zero notice, because they can’t maintain adequate staffing.
Also expect that if a state reportable offense happens that involves one of your children (i.e. your child gets out of the building due to lack of supervision)…. their defense strategy is to terminate services immediately….. via email….. No phone call….. with no notice….
If you’re looking for reliable childcare, which most people are because they have jobs that don’t accommodate call offs all the time, this place is definitely not for you.
