I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
JUST BY VIEW WHAT I SAW FROM THE MCKEES ROCKS SITE MY MIND WAS MADE UP FROM HOW THE OTHER PARENTS AND HOW THE REACTED IN ANGER AND DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN I SAW A YOUNG LADY PICK UP HER NEHPEW AND HE WAS SOAKING WET THE STAFF HELD HIM UP AND SAID OHH YEA AND HE IS OUT OF PAMPERS. YEA MY MIND WAS COMPLETELY MADE UP THEN NO THANKS METRO COMMUNITY PRESCHOOL AND NURSERY
the daycare in MCKEES ROCKS is horrible they constantly would use my babies wipes on other kids my daughter never came home in the same outfit she had a very bad diaper rash to the point she was bleeding and the staff was yelling at my older children to the point the head provider went behind my back and tried to put a hold on me with CCIS but she clearly had no clue that a hold can not be placed for current co-payments I wouldn't refer the one in MCKEES ROCKS to my worst enemy plus the staff changed everyday no stability at all METRO COMMUNITY GETS A THUMBS DOWN FROM ME
