My child has been in the care of Miss Q for a year now. Care started when she was only 5 months old. Miss Q and her workers have great caring spirits they are friendly and my daughter absolutely loves them. What amazes me is the fact she begin potty training a month after my daughter turned 1 which made it easy for me. I also love the fact that my daughter is able to say scriptures from the bible....it also helps that there has never been a time I was called because my daughter hurt herself.........I have found that village that it takes to help raise my baby while I am working:)

Hello, my name is Melquita Fleming, known to my parents & kids as Miss Q. I have worked in childcare licensed centers as lead teacher for 10 years, curriculum specialist for 3 years, administrative assistant for 2 years, and last but not least assistant director for 2 years. When I first begin working in childcare I was excited I was young I had a job and I was off on the weekends, but after a year I realized this wasn't gong to be a job for me but a career it was no longer about off days I had found my true calling. My center is a registered state home childcare and christian academy. Here at Miss Q's we learn, we grow, we pray, we laugh, we create, we teach, and we offer a home away from home for your child.
