I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

We were signed up to use Lisa and I had several questions around sleep and food and she kept getting frustrated with my questions, or seemed annoyed. I am a new mom. Just felt like there was no room to be human. We ended up never using her.

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I'm an ICU nurse during covid and she wouldn't watch my child cause of her travel policies that contradict the CDC guidelines.
