I would like to say that yes my grass isn't kept the greatest, my hours of work effect the upkeep of my grass. My puppies are well kept. They yes are in a kennel outside because if not they would be running down the street due to escaping. They get groomed and bathed, some days are muddier than others. I also encourage parents to talk to me with any concerns, so hopefully this parent with the diaper rash has communicated with me and we have fixed the problem.
My daughter loves it here. She has been staying at Kids Castle since she was a very young infant. I am not sure about the previous reviewer, honestly. The yard in front isn't nicely mowed like some places, but that honestly doesn't matter to me. I rarely see their dogs. When I have, it's early in the morning in their indoor kennel in the house.
This daycare is flexible and accepting. They are inspected by the State like any other facility. They are on the state food program, and that helps our pocket book a great deal. Childcare is expensive, but they are super reasonable.
The only thing I would change is how often my daughter comes home with a bad diaper rash from not being changed right after a bm.
My wife and I were looking for a new daycare for our young son. Kids Castle in billings heights was on our list of ones to look at. We stopped by one evening and no one must have been home, however the lawn was a wreck, weeds everywhere, backyard looked hazardous with weeds and old boards laying around with a dilapidated fence surrounding the area. There were also dogs in a kennel that looked very unkept, and appeared to have never been groomed and were very dirty. That was enough for me to say no and move on to the next one. If someone can't take care of their lawn or animals, how could you expect them to take care of others kids.
