Horrible customer service . They never have food for the children . Licenses should close down the center , they have bugs all over food in the GYM . Just got turned away with my 9mth baby bc they didn’t have baby food . Some staff have negative energy to the children .
Make sure you ask for everything in writing and keep a copy especially of your payments. They will change the price on you and try to collect a balance through a collector years after you have left them! Take your kids somewhere else for peace of mind.
I sent my kids here for about a year. For the whole year we had a rollercoaster of events occur. This childcare canter CANNOT keep consistent teachers in their facility. There is always someone new and also at times my children would have to go to other classrooms to accommodate for the absent teachers. My daughter also fell on a window ledge (not even sure why she was allowed to play on it) so my daughter was 1 year old getting stitches on her beautiful little face. Lastly, the reason my children were removed was because my son came home and told me that he had received a whoopen in this facility by a teacher who isn't even his teacher.
