Our goal at Mayflower Montessori School is to provide a safe and... beautiful environment for children that will let them express their natural desire to learn.
Mayflower Montessori School offers individual styles of learning and encourages independence. We celebrate the joy of discovery and teach respect, compassion, cooperation, responsibility, and community. We also create a supportive, nurturing partnership with families that will contribute to each child’s academic and personal growth.
We are a learning, exploring, joyful community centered on the discovery and need of children six weeks to six years of age. Mayflower Montessori School encourages respect for cultural, racial, economic and spiritual diversity.
Mayflower Montessori School was established in September of 2000, with the goal of providing a high quality, Montessori-based early education program for low-income children in Norwich. We are a School Readiness site and are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
Additional Information:
We participate with Care 4 Kids and are a School Readiness site which creates tuition based on income and family size.
