The review written for May of 2022 is not fair as it relates to this child care facility. Mrs. McFadden is a business woman, a principal, school owner, and works hard to maintain the reputation of her establishment. It is very disappointing that this report was written on behalf of an angry co parent, who did not get their way.
I wouldn’t recommend this facility for one reason that affects many families where the parents have shared custody but this owner gets involved by being biased towards one parent. I went to the facility with a court order with the police to obtain a copy of my child’s profile. Upon my introduction, it appears the owner knew me without me providing identification. I offered her the copy if the court order and ID and she became combative. Thank God I was educated enough to bring the police because she threatened to call the police to escort me off the premises. She disregarded my request shut the door in my face and locked me outside while she called my daughter’s mother. The mother came to the facility within five minutes with two car loads of people (Ghetto).Thank Goodness I am educated enough to bring BSO to make sure my visit went smoothly. Despite having BSO and the court order Ms. McFadden made the decision not to give me my child’s profile. I had to contacted my attorney who contacted the Early Learning Coalition to get the file. I’m not sure who the owner is protecting but I hope she thinks about her business before involving herself in a situation she don’t know all of the details. MYOB!
This school recently moved from Pompano into my area North Lauderdale. The school is VERY cleaned and serves great food. The kids actually get homework, they learn a lot. And the director is very personable, she always outside talking to the parents. The teacher are very helpful, and communicate daily with you. GREAT SCHOOL
