Mary Sear's Children's Academy

As a former employee of this place I can say it's terrible.  The director is a bully to her employees and the kids.  She may put on a smile when parents are picking up their kids but when they leave she turns into a beast.  The kids are not allowed to color any way they want and are served cold food.  There are a few other Mary sears and they are all run by the directors children who are just as horrible as her.  The apple does not fall from from the tree.  They have no compassion for anyone.  She doesn't have enough employees to do the work there so she makes the older kids run back and forth from room to room bringing whatever is needed.  I could only stand it 4 months there and in that time 4 people quit on her and she never asked any of us why.  She is really the biggest bully I have ever met in my life.  I would never recommend this place.
