Violation: The facility did not have a fenced outdoor play area that was on or adjoining the day care property and was accessible without hazard as evidenced by the fence was not in good condition in that as you walk out of the preschool classroom door, down the sidewalk, onto the playground, there is a wooden retaining wall made of beams, that serves as a border along a chain link fence, that sits above the wall. The wall ascends from high to low, with the lowest section approximately 17 inches in height to 56 inches. There is a section of chain link fence that sits above the wall missing, measuring approximately 6 feet wide. There is another opening in the fence that measures approximately 2 feet by 5 inches. Children have access to the fence due to the lowest height of the wooden retaining wall. There is also one wooded beam splintering with an exposed a rusted bolt.
