The director of and a majority of the teachers at Mari’s place promote an extremely discriminatory and hostile work environment towards other teachers. They will employ any means to defame and slander others if they determine that individual does not fit within their clique. The director reinforces this behavior and treatment, even participating in it. The best interests of certain employees and the children are not a priority. I do not recommend Mari’s Place to anyone for employment or child care. There are much better places to be than this toxic environment.
