I have used this provider for less than 6 months
This is a terrible response! Absolutely reeks of your poor attitude you cover up with shyness. I did not see the point of providing records when I had already made up my mind about no longer continuing services with you, and by that time I had already paid you the $200 for that time duration, so I was trying my best to stick it out for the time I paid for! Which was only 4 days! I did not need even that to know I did not want to continue using your childcare services. Honorable mention: $200 for 4 days is insane! Especially with the bare minimum you were providing. If you don't smoke, then how can you explain that terrible smell?? You cannot hide cigarette smoke, it stains! This smell in a child care facility is absolutely unacceptable and you should be reported! The app info you provided was not clear, otherwise I would have! I do not appreciate you mentioning my child's name, as if it is an issue. I provided you his birth name, NOT a nickname. How disrespectful. His name IS Sevn. Is there a problem?? Maybe if you focused more on the well being of the children instead of mundane things you would be more successful in keeping a roster of children.
We were blessed to find Ms. Margie when we did! I found that her knowledge of her profession shows in many aspects of my child’s day. My son has truly excelled since being in her care. Recently, he began singing the ABC song to himself and I didn’t even know he knew it enough to do that! I love seeing him grow and learn. Each morning he is excited to go and it’s because of the environment Ms. Margie has created for my son and all the kids she cares for.
We just started with Miss Margie's daycare and we absolutely love it. My son was a little on the shy side kind of not responding well to learning new things I mean he loves to learn, but he was kind of shy about it and with Miss Margie he's been more vocal, he's been more outgoing, he's been playing more more on the creative side as well. We love her she's super sweet her family is super sweet as well the atmosphere is so nice it's so homey and she treats the kids like they were one of her own she's a very special woman and I am so glad that we found her. If you're looking for a good daycare a good in home daycare I would give Miss Margie a chance to be a part of your family.
I gave Ms. Margie’s Loving Care Home childcare a chance and should have trusted my intuition. The first day when touring, immediately entering, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. When I addressed Margie about this smell, she denied being a smoker and claimed it was the incense she was burning. First off, I did not see any incense burning while in her home. Secondly, why would you be burning incense in a child care center anyways?? That was a terrible response. The first day (which should have been the last), my child reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so horrific, I couldn’t even hug and kiss on him the smell was awful. I immediately drew a bath for him when we arrived home. Everything smelt stale like that ladies home. Even the diaper bag! Also, the home is set up like an at home school, yet it is dark and gloomy in there. Next issue I had with her, is she failed to communicate that my son had two different scratches on his face after being in her care. A parent should never have to send a photo asking what happened here? He is 3 months, so I know it happens but I sent him there with mits on his hands. On a positive note, I liked that she gave me his feed and nap updates through out the day, although when I picked my son up and asked “how did it go?” I should receive a more in depth answer other than “fine”. Margie appears shy, timid and quiet and does not seem to have the personality to be in the field of childcare she is in. I should not have ever given her a chance, after seeing several red flags upon touring her home. If you have a baby infant, and the caregiver is not immediately showing genuine interest, over-joyed and wanting to hold him/her, walk in the opposite direction. we need people who genuinely have a passion and love for children!
First of all I don't smoke. You just need a baby sitter to watch your child for 3 days while your mom or who ever bought you here. I tried to give all my parents a chance to bring all paperwork and shot records you couldn't do that. Remember your child had nails and he rubs his face a lot one of his finger came out the mittens. I tried to give you the procare app so you can know what he was doing. You don't give me no information on you and the child. You kept telling me his name was seven a nick name. That's why they tell us to check the kids when they come in child care. I love all my kiddos. I have kids in my care.
