Kandace Harring, the preschool director, has been on board for 5 years and has had 50% turnover in personal - non contract renewal and "Resignations" - 6 out of 20 teachers this year, alone! The Circle of Friends Preschool Committee (board of directors) have been disbanded - coincidentally, after the board demanded an accounting of missing money they helped raise.
