Aún después de haber leído algunos malos comentarios de este daycare quise dar el beneficio de la duda, el cual me arrepiento porque de verdad me fue muy mal con mi bebé de 12 meses, pésima comunicación, mala actitud, lleve la cobija para cubrir a mi bebé y el mismo día se perdió, y la respuesta fue que nadie se iba a robar una cobija poniendo en tela de juicio si yo la había llevado o no, eso es lo de menos, les lleve otra, pero todos los días era algo diferente, me le dejaron quemar la colita, todos los días me la entregaban sucia tanto q el último día que me la entregaron decidí no llevarla mas pq la comida pegada en su cabello y las manos sucias y asi me la acostaron a dormir y asi mismo la recibí, fui a hablar para recoger las cositas de mi bebé y dejarles saber q no la llevaría mas y las dueñas tanto la madre como la hija unas personas súper groceras que no entiendo como pueden administrar un lugar para niños, dando golpes en el counter me dijo q ese no era motivo para sacarla Q no me iban a retener pq gracias a Dios a veces no tenían cupo, no se como y con esa soberbia pueden tener a Dios en su boca, hablan de mala manera. Al final me pregunto mi nacionalidad acaso tiene eso algo q ver para ser bien tratada por ellas? Deberían tomar un curso de buenos modales y de cómo tratar a las personas,y más aún como cuidar a los niños pq se está pagando por un servicio no es gratis!
This school has very poor management, teachers are all spanish speaking whom just arrived to the US who butcher the English language and teach the students poor pronounciation. I had one teacher have a nervous breakdown and quit because she did not know how to handle the kids and then turned around and called them bad kids. Manager is very rude, loud, and has no manners when speaking to others. When the child is having trouble learning they classify them as a problem child that is then the one to blame for any class disruption. Very sneaky, dishonest, and rude. Horrible customer service except when it comes down to payment, they are great at collecting.
