Description:
The MAAC Headstart Project in Kelly Street, Oceanside, California provides educational and developmental services to qualifying children ages 3 to 5. Parents are encouraged to participate with their children and to be involved in their children's development. All of the MAAC child development services provide children with an opportunity to develop, grow socially and emotionally, and prepare children to be successful when they enter kindergarten. Please call the center for additional information and to make an appointment for application.

If I could give it a negative number I definitely would, this specific location was the place my daughter was in when one of the teachers dug her nails into my daughters arm and opened her skin!!! Everyone in the day care knew what had happened and no one told me anything!!! My daughter had to tell me and now I go on this page and find the report and see that it was all On footage!!! F*** MAAC
