My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel safe to explore, learn, and grow. I believe in building strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and a shared understanding of what guidance is needed. I strive to create a positive and respectful learning environment where all children feel valued and respected. My in home licensed full time childcare, I currently have two sets of three year old twins, an older 5 year old sibling, and a 4 year old. We are looking for two more three year olds to come join the fun. You will have a chance to meet with me, and text the other families before deciding. I have additional references for you. I have a weekly theme and pre-planned activities to keep everyone focused on respectfully playing together. Daily activities include: A table activity: Play Dough, Sensory, Art, Board Games Free Play: Dress Up, Block Center, Toy Kitchens, Puzzles Circle Time: Calendar, Story, Fingerplays, Music that is theme related Literacy: Preschool Story Time (at the Library once a week), Sight Reading, Sequence, Tracing and Writing, Letter Sounds, Letter Matching, Syllables, Ryme or Letter Matching Mathematics: Counting, Number Lines, Adding, Subtracting, Sorting, Shapes and Attributes, Ten Frames and Graphing Science: Exploring nature, conducting simple experiments, and learning about the world around us. Outdoor Play: Daily outdoor time, including age-appropriate activities like climbing, running, and playing in a safe and stimulating environment. I have a fenced in backyard with a sandbox, mud kitchen, little tyke cars, roller coasters slides, sleds for winter and child-sized shovels. We have a canopy for shade in the summer. There is a story walk across the street from my home. We also go to Heritage Park frequently, which is within walking distance from my home.
