Eighteen (18) children were present and seventeen (17) were signed in when I arrived. You corrected this by signing in a child, the parent forgot to sign the child in upon arrival.

All children were signed in, 10 did not have an arrival time listed, that same page was also not accessible to classroom staff as it had been removed from the clipboard and was in the office. This page was updated with arrival times, and placed back on the clipboard during the visit.

Children were not adequately supervised at all times. Two children went from the playground to the building to use the restroom without a staff member going inside with them, a staff member and director were both inside the building however there was not a method in place to communicate that a child was coming in or to request assistance.
