Love of Learning Center

My experience with Ms.Hope is terrible and very traumatizing to my son. My son is very attached to his blanket and I informed Ms. Hope about this.
So he went in crying because I left him there Ms. Hope closed the door and a minute later I heard him crying even more asking for his blanket so obviously she took his blanket while he was crying then started telling him to stop crying so that she can give it to him then she got so angry and literally screamed at him in the most aggressive and violent way to stop him from crying screamed so high she technically growled at him that he was terrified and cried out of his lungs calling for me and his dad that’s when I just couldn’t and I rang the bell asking her what is happening and telling her that he was crying because she took it from him she told me to give her a chance and she will call him down she shut the door again thinking I was gone she told he here is your blanket he immediately stops crying then she texts me after saying he stopped crying and she rewarded him with the blanket which was a lie because he stopped crying when he took his blanket back.
Couple of minutes later I decided to pick him up and told Ms. Hope that I don’t feel comfortable to leave him for the rest of the day and that we will talk later she got rude and defensive but I told her we will talk later when I got home she texts me saying that she is giving me 2 weeks to find a replacement for my son. I asked her to talk as I requested before I left and she said no. Denying things and twisting things while causing me of twisting things up while I am the one that is left in a hustle to find a daycare at such short notice. So I definitely do not recommend this daycare to anyone.
