Would give zero stars if I could. I called yesterday and was told their was a place for my 3.5 year old and they would put my almost one year old on the toddler waitlist. We went through the tour and were getting ready to go over rates and all that good stuff when I brought up my oldest having special needs (Tourrette's/SPD), I asked if they would be well equipped if he had a melt down (which I explained was crying and that he needs space), the woman immediately assumed he would get violent and said that if he is a "danger to other children then he will be sent home". All of a sudden the woman goes and tells the director that he has special needs and she comes out to tell us that there is NO LONGER A SPOT BUT WE CAN BE ON THE WAITLIST.
I've worked at Love and Laughter for almost 13 years. I brought my granddaughter here for care also. She was only a couple of months old when she started. I loved being able to go in to visit her on my breaks. She was always happy and very well taken care of. I would recommend Love and Laughter to anyone. I work with a great group of people who are fun and love to care for the children.
My daughter has been at this center since she was 5 weeks old. As a new, first time mom, I was very nervous having to put my child into the care of someone other than myself or family. But the day she started they embraced her and loved her. They have the most loving and caring staff, I as a mother have ever met, not to mention the fact that the majority of them have been there for years, which is amazing!!! Now my daughter is almost 4 and has gained so much academically, emotionally and socially. She loves coming to school everyday and when the weekend comes, she still wants to come to school even though I tell her there is no one there. When we walk in the door everyone is so friendly and greets us both with such enthusiasum it warms my heart. She comes home singing the songs that she learns; months, days of the week, the center prayer they sing, all kinds of wonderful things!! What a wonderful, loving environment for children!!! I have and will continue to send anyone and everyone I know to Love and Laughter for childcare!!
