Description: I provide a safe and fun place for children to learn and grow. It is my mission to be the ‘fairy godmother’ for both parents and children- adjusting care and support as needed for each child and each family. I provide care for children from newborn to 12 years old, including preschool, tutoring, and special needs care. Children in my care are encouraged to be curious and given tools to be prepared to learn throughout their lives. We are an inclusive environment, encouraging children to be themselves and allow others to express their individuality with safety and support.
I offer a personalized curriculum which incorporates music of all genres, science, language arts, math, humanities, and languages. I feel one of the best and most important parts of in-home daycare programs is the ability to adjust the curriculum on a whim for the best support and growth of the children in care. For example, if we had planned to learn about the letter B, but the neighbor’s goat had babies, we will go for a walk to see the babies and skip letter B for today. I’m a firm believer in learning through osmosis, as I like to call it. I have all the children learning together, so that children are exposed to learning of all levels so they can absorb whatever they are ready for- not just what others think they are ready for. We do a lot of learning with songs, and stay physically active and curious.
I provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and two snacks per day, and I'm comfortable making adjustments for food allergies and restrictive food disorders. I participate in the CACFP (food program), which ensures I provide healthy meals and provides training and support for me in that capacity. I maintain top-tier standards for my menus and have been TopStar endorsed.

When I first had my son the fear of leaving him with someone I didn’t know was weighing on me for months before my wife had to go back to work. When we found miss Aubrey it was seriously instantly such a comfortable feeling, I can honestly say I trust her more with my son than I do some of my own family members. She’s amazing plain and simple.
