About the Provider

The Long Beach Community Improvement League (CIL), \"the oldest anti-poverty agency in Long Beach,â€ is a nonprofit community-based social service organization established in 1964. CIL has excelled at its mission: \""to create quality public service programs that empower the community economically, socially, and culturally.â€ The center is very proud to offer high quality Child Development Services, Before and After school Care, Teacher Training for welfare recipients, and Job Training & Placement Services to low-income, unemployed, hard-to-employ, and under-employed individuals."
