As a grandmother to a experienpce 3 days ago with my grandson I will be calling the better business bureau on you all. To have almost 30 kids in a class and go to pick up your child and they tell my son in law and daughter ge us now disenrolled karma will provoke you on your business. You have changed many teachers or whatever you call yourselves but if you cannot handle between a child showing their emotions.. It a child standing on top of a table jumping to a child demonstrating because they are angry I will make sure karma comes back to you hundred times fold. My daughter has to quit get job she has excelled at for almost 2 years and you brought this upon my family. Karma
No common courtesy whatsoever!! No Hello- Or Goodbye from staff- NOTHING. Not even from MGT.. As your child gets older tuition fees are lower.. My sonhas been in the toddlers room for three weeks. I am still paying infant tuition $10 more than I should be charged.. Response given: " Oh, it's because he just turned one two weeks ago". Umm, yeah! He was moved a week EARLY, and you're still charging me infant's rate every week.. Then I'm told- Well it seems like you have a problem with the way we are running the daycare, you call 10x a day.. Wait just a minute- I call to check on my child once everyday. You should encourage parents to call in and check on their children.. ( Mind Blown). Every morning I drop him off in the toddlers room.. Where Do I pick him up?- The infants room.. Why? Because during the afternoon there are two year olds in the toddlers room so we remove him for safety reasons.. So.... He's in the toddlers room all day though around two year olds SO??? What's he doing in the toddlers room in the first place, then? Their so big on safety y'all they could not tell me where my child was yesterday...The teacher said, I'm not sure where he is today.. gasp emoticon Are you kidding me? I spoke with the director who was hateful.. Then I speak with the owner; Kim. The first thing she said to me was What's your problem now?- Repeated this over and over again.. The staff are rude and so disrespectful.. I'll say this again, They do not like parents calling to check on there children.. As a mother, I want peace of mind, I did not feel that at this daycare..
