My grandaughter goes there and on June 7th she was in her underwear with s*** in it. No telling how long she was like that. She is not fully poddy trained and the teacher said she is not authorized to wipe her bottom. She moved to a different room so who has been wiping her bottom the last two months.
I've brought the employees at this business great food, service and sweet bargains for years. I've never had any thanks as far as a good review on my business. Now my business has a 1 star review because I stopped serving them due to a rat situation there at the front counter. You should really get rid of those rats and I hope you do but I won't be back.
The staff is very unprofessional and the director is very condescending. I don't understand how they stay in business when they have teachers not paying attention to the children. The sister daycare is just as well the same. I will never ever do business with this daycare as long as this directors in charge.
