Plan: Director will make sure that all classrooms have an updated copy of the ratios. Corrected during monitoring visit a two year old child was taken to another classroom and a three year old was added to the two year classroom. Director stated it was a misunderstanding of how the ratios worked they had enough classroom teachers. Director would like to schedule a requirement training for all staff. Director will check ratios periodically through out the day.

The ratio for the mixed age group infants, toddlers, and twos was 8 children to one staff with zero infants.
