I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Whether you're an inquiring parent or a teacher looking for a job, DO NOT go here.
As a past employee, the new owner is disgustingly unprofessional and rude to her employees. She picks favorites and does not give a discount to working mothers unless they've been employed for 6 months. That means if you bring your child to work with you, over half your check goes right back into the owners pocket. That is the reason I quit.
As a mother, they never took my concerns seriously. They lost my daughter's sweater and they wouldn't take accountability for it. They also threw away my daughter's reusable apple sauce pouch cap even though I wrote on it "DO NOT THROW AWAY"
There was also an incident where my daughter had a blow out and the teacher didn't clean her off; they just changed her diaper and clothes and left the poop on her back. When I addressed this, nothing was done. Hopefully this is enough to convince you to RUN, not walk away from this daycare. Save yourself the money and the headache.
But, the love and attention that is given to my child when I cannot be available is priceless. My child is allowed to play and learn freely with guidance and top-notch care. It is obvious that my child is happy and well-received in the class environment.
The food is awesome. Every day my child tells me what was served for lunch and snacks. The menu is usually the first topic during our drive home. I like that the children are served a wide variety of locally-grown food that is prepared in the kitchen there.
The teachers/classroom leaders are sweet, friendly, and it is apparent that they enjoy what they do--and more importantly, they genuinely care about my child.

Removed my child immediately after seeing how they treat their staff.
Daycare is expensive. Period.
