This daycare continues to make up excuses for their short comings and is non-communicative. They once pushed a child and a report was made. As a result, they no longer let that parent enter the facility because they believe the parent will continue to find further issues with the daycare and they now state they are afraid of this parent. Parent never raised their voice and only asked to file report with Lil Sprouts in regards to incident. I have already talked parents out of having their child(ren) attending this daycare and they are glad I did because they have found other daycares they have found success with.
