My daughter has been at this daycare for a little over a year. We are so lucky to have found Ms. Carla and Little Miracles. As a new mom and coming out of the pandemic, I was more than anxious to send my little one to a daycare. Little Miracles has been wonderful for my daughter and for our family.
When we were first looking for daycare centers, we were struggling to find a center that we could afford and one that had room. Within an hour of contacting Ms. Carla that first summer, we were able to hear back from her and schedule an appointment to see the facility. At the time, we needed to tour while there were no kids there (of course due to the pandemic), but we were so thrilled by how our daughter took to Ms. Carla.
When our daughter started, Ms. Carla assured us that our little one was happy and cared for by sending picture updates and all the fun little crafts home. She was active, learning, and playing. Our little pandemic baby was so fulfilled.
Besides for all the crafts, ABCs, counting, now days of the week and months my little one knows (she astounds me every week by the new things she is learning) - Ms. Carla is the one who potty trained my baby and helped us follow the routine at home. Without her, I have no idea how I would have done it. Seriously, she knows kids and she is the professional.
Ms. Carla has been steadfast with her Covid protocols and this has helped her daycare stay safe and clean for all kids. The center is much smaller than other comparable centers which is best for our daughter. Ms. Carla and her team is attentive, caring, and treats all kids like her own.
As a family, we deeply appreciate her service, her love towards our little butterfly, and her guidance and grace for us as new parents to support us in this journey together.
I used this provider for 8 years. It's a very good center for children and developmental. My son started at the age of 4 with full day and later on move to before and after care. I strongly recommend this center to any parent looking for a day care center.
I have been at little miracles for almost 3 years now. I absolutely love it! The curriculum is amazing. Ms. Carla (director) puts her all in her business and it shows. It is always clean and nicely decorated with the children’s artwork. She cares for my children like they are her own. I currently have 2 children enrolled and I do whatever I can to make sure I can afford it because you get what you pay for! The children and the daycare adore her. It gives me great relief that my children every morning asks “are we going to see Ms. Carla?” If you are looking for a place that will put your child’s well being first over everything first then I highly recommend Little Miracles!
When I went to simply VIEW the center I feel like I was somewhat forced to sign my kids up she was moreso a salesperson (understandable ) than a tourist that day. I was a first time mom when it came to putting a child in daycare so I didn't understand registration fees and application fees but all in all I paid over $400 before my children even entered the classrooms , a bunch of made up fees that I was unaware were made up until I spoke to other providers weeks later. Carla (director ) is very money hungry . I lost my immunization sheet to give to the Dr asked for another she told me it's $5 for her to give me another copy of a piece of paper I turned around printed online for free . She does not accept card payments after 2Pm (never heard of this) which means cash only . She would randomly ask parents for money for "Trips" and would not disclose where she would be taking them she would say "I'm not telling you" joking then later on tell parents . She did not have daily sheets for infants stating when they last ate or when they were last changed . She does not use the check in/out book but has one sitting in the front no one signs in or out. She makes kids hold their arms up when they are bad like their in the military these are toddlers how does she know it's not hurting them. The kids for a fact do not wash their hands when they use the bathroom , the soap is behind the door on a hook out of their reach they jump off the toilet pull their pants up not wiping themselves if they don't remember to and go straight out the bathroom. She has infants crawling all around the dirty floors half the time their not blocked off from the older class I came in to my son face on the floor age 8 months crawling around . She is the nutrition program where she is suppose to provide all meals and she doesn't provide not one meal to those kids parents bring lunch but the paperwork says all meals provided . She is very mean to one of the foreign workers there she talks to her like she is below her demanding her to do whatever she wants and the foreign woman is so sweet . Her workers have told me that the refrigerator is triflin and that they have to clean it because it's such a mess . Carla' has one month even stated don't bring the kids lunch because she seen roaches and she don't do roaches stating it's too much food in her refrigerator . They sent home other kids clothes in my children's bags . I provide name brand diapers to be used on my child that I pay for and everyday he came back home in thin diapers that by the way were soaked . She does not wipe the kids faces after they eat my youngest son came home with baby food all over his face faithfully . She had so much time on her hands as to do my children's hair without asking me putting small braids in her hair so when i took them out my daughters hair was coming out with it they were so small . She is very rude and sarcastic when you ask her a question she will try to make you feel dumb . I provided changes of clothes for each of my children for what reason when she sent them home looking dirty not changing their clothes. I from then moved my children to another daycare well tried to but I was on the voucher program and Carla would not sign the paper so I lost my job due to a month of missing work because of her lying and saying I didn't pay my tuition when I always paid in advance she finally admitted the truth to them and I finally received my vouchers . But not because of her she told me she wouldn't sign it unless I signed a paper saying she didn't have roaches . HECK NO! I would not recommend . The kids and OTHER instructors are cool but that Carla is filthy and needs to fix her ways she Is a scammer .
