Parents don't be fooled by the title of this school for your little one's. This school is far from the Christian values. If you believe in letting your kids being bullied you have found your spot, the director and teachers will turn their backs when it comes to kids being bullied. The worst part about it is they WON'T even tell you about it. If you do send your kids here please make sure to probe the teachers daily on the bullying, you will find out every parents worst nightmare that your kid could potentially get bullied. In today's world where anti-bullying is so prevalent you would hope they would learn what's right at an early stage, as parents we rely on our childcare to ensure no bullying is going on. What you will learn at little lambs is how to bully and survive the bullying. Is this helpful or harmful to our youth?
As a dedicated Christian we wanted our daughter to be in the best care, we figured a Christian center would be the best place. Boy were we wrong! Little lambs has teachers who are kids themselves and who do not have the skill sets yet to be a teacher due to inexperience. This is not only my opinion but also opinion from human services. Attached is a failed inspection posted June 2, 2015.
When we send our kids to a center we expect top notch care however little lambs doesn't feel the same way. They not only received 1 violation but 3 while endangering our littlest ones. An experienced director would have noticed these flaws and made changes if they cared about their organization. When you are doing your tour you will receive a packet with the policies however little lambs will not follow these policies and make their own up. Is this proper leadership you ask? A question I pose to you: would you want your kids to experience bullying or do you care about your kids overall welfare? If you answered yes to either one little lambs is not the place for you. There is many other organizations in the area that are a better fit for your loved one.
Concerned parent who pulled their kid from little lambs when they had found out from the lead teacher that our kid was being bullied. This explained why when she saw the building she would cry. Please parents do your research. This place has had 3 separate violations for multiple things in 3 years.
