Description: LITTLE HANDS LEARNING CENTER is a Four Star Family CC Home License in MORGANTON NC, with a maximum capacity of 8 children. The home-based daycare service helps with children in the age range of 0 through 12. The provider also participates in a subsidized child care program.

|All indoor and outdoor areas used by the children were not kept clean, orderly, and free of items which are potentially hazardous to children including removal of items a child can swallow; the removal of loose nails or screws and splinters on inside; and use of outdoor equipment that is too hot to touch. Children are cared for in the basement. Children enter the childcare space through a door in the garage. The entry way to the childcare space had two (2)bags of trash that had not been removed. In addition a bottle of Wite Out was in a pencil cup on a table and accessible to children. The bottle had multiple warnings.|
