I had one child enrolled that was less than 3 years old for the duration. My child was routinely left in a dirty diaper for prolonged periods of time (>3 hours). The center is relatively inexpensive, which was is always a plus.
Several times I would drop my child off without a word from any of the staff to me or my child. Everyone has a bad day, but while employed in a service delivery business, that needs to be squashed.
The only reason I rated at 2 stars is due to the few staff that were reasonable, though they are no longer work there, and the cost was a huge plus to offset.
