I have 3 children.... all of them have had to be at daycare centers. Throughout the years I have tried 3 different daycare centers. Out of all of them, Little Einstein's Academy has surpassed them all as far as safety, security, nurturing, customer service and education. The staff is extremely friendly and caring; always smiling and helpful. My family has been with them now for over 3 years and my little one is about to graduate from there. She loves going to school for all the care, fun activities and education they provide. Thank You Little Einstein's Academy ... We are thankful for ALL you do.
My grandson was removed from this daycare because Grandma had questions as to what is being done to avoid repeating violations that are monitored by the Texas Dept. of Child Care Services. It was an honest question that should not resulted in removing him because of 'trust issues'. How is anyone to trust if there is no transparency or reassurance when it comes to children's safety and well being? The way this situation was handled was very unprofessional, shame on Mr. Mario Flores and Belinda Flores for allowing this to happen. For future reference, take the time to explain to parents or even grandparents why this is the right place to have our children taken care of. And do not remove them abruptly like it was done with my grandson when concerned without an explanation. It not only looked like this agency was hiding something but it displayed character and ethics in the people entrusted in taking care of our children.
So my 15 month old son got kicked out of daycare for voicing our concerns. Wow. Coming home with different size diapers, with clothes on that weren't his, with missing clothes that got sent with other kids, with a new jacket discolored due to bleach. I take it we shouldn't complain when stuff like this happens, huh? Lasted 3 months there despite the 11 violations given to them by the state licensing dept. Oh well, thanks Little Einstein's Academy.
