This place is a joke. There was so many incidents where my child would come home hurt from other children due to lack of attention from the teachers. Extremely understaffed and they are very sneaky about things. The women do not communicate with the parents in a way that makes you feel comfortable dropping off your children. They also lie about things to cover up their lack of care and out the blame on the kids when in all reality, it’s their fault. Improper nutrition, they can’t keep up with each child’s things. They lose majority of things you bring in or out it on another child to wear home. 10/10 don’t recommend.
I have two wonderful girls and they love it there I wouldn't of picked a different one
The owner is never there. Miss Margaret is mean to all the kids. They are scared of her. Ms Janet is awful but the owner says she's great. The babies are terrified of her. I don't like that they change the kids from room to room all day long. Different teachers every week. Young high school kids. I don't trust at all. Ms Maleah was the best I have seen there but she's gone. I felt my child learned a lot from her, I also seen her disipline very well. I would never trust leaving a baby there. Also always wanting more money. I would like this place if those type things would change.
They have a few excellent teachers but the management staff is terrible. My child was moved from room to room, I never knew where my child was when I went to pick up.
One teacher attempted to control her classroom by saying a bad monster would get them if they got off the carpet.
They are verbally abusive with the children. They do NOT "discipline with love" as they say. The kids are reckless, ever since my son enrolled he has had a bad attitude, coming home saying so & so bite me and pushed me, etc. This place has started to ruian my child but I am not starting to see what really goes on there. There is literally ONE good teacher there, A. The others are in & out. I can never keep up.
Well my experience there was as a parent. My child was yelled at and jerked up by his arm from a teacher. When I confronted the owner she said she would take care of it and I pulled my son out. The teacher is still working at this center and I'm so frustrated that the owner has not be fined or shut down. I reported it to the state. Not sure of this teacher has done this to other children but this needs to be handle.
