As my children use to go here, they are now telling me how horrible they use to treat them. "They would grab my arm, under my arm where it hurts the most and squeeze as had as they can to move you if they didn't like you doing something. They would do it even without telling you first." my daughter told me. My son then proceeded to tell me "they would grab kids neck and once they ran a kid into a wall and yelled at him for pulling away." This is just from my kids and now that they are out they said they feel safe not having to go back there ever again. I have learned that if your child cries not to go to daycare there is defiantly something wrong cause once I changed daycares my kids now ask me to come back at closing cause they want to stay longer.
Being new to the area not knowing enough around here or knowing anyone. I heard word of mouth is best for knowing what's good around here. I'm from the city and big on looking at reviews to make judgement and a choice. from what I seen there not enough reviews and I'd like to be one to help that. I believe things happen for a reason. coivid has changed alot of things. I had difficulty finding a place for daycare was told no from almost everyone in Newaygo area. Little Champs DID NOT, ???? they were one of the few that was kind and warm and very welcoming! they offered to let me come by and do a tour. talked to me about everything they offered and was honest. not once did I feel judged for being an outsider. this was the first since I've moved here. I had a good feeling about this place. my child started daycare, he was a preemie. I'm very protective of my family. first day they welcomed me and told me I could call and check on him if I wanted. As nervous as I was they put me at ease. I can't tell you how happy I was to know they truly care about this kids and do treat them as their own. that was my biggest fear with all the horror stories you hear. My heart is happy how well they've taken care of my child ???? they are always so warm and friendly. I love the daily reports they give on his day. my family was the only people I trusted with my kids. I'm happy to say finding Little champs has been a BLESSING! I WOULD RECOMMEND LITTLE CHAMPS TO ANYONE HANDS DOWN!!!???????? your child will be in the best of care around! it's a relief knowing my child is in great hands and I don't ever have to worry.
