One of the best ways to check out a new or existing daycare in a residential neighborhood, is to talk to neighbors in and around the daycare, after touring the facility. This is an excellent way to determine the character and morals of any daycare facility. Neighbors in and around the residential daycare, always have good and useful information, which will help determine if this is a safe place to leave your child.
This facility needs to be re-inspected and reviewed again, by the state agency. There are so many unreported and undocumented incidents and violations at this facility. I would NEVER leave my child at this facility.
This should be rated a 0, but that was not one of the available options on this site. This would be the last place I would leave my child.
