Not allowed to leave child longer than 9 hours. Can’t return or drop child off after 9am even if it’s an appointment In the middle of the day. Too many teacher days almost two-three times monthly. No reminders of closed dates besides in person sometimes. Would be great if they gave the parents phone call or text reminders. The app they use for children Procare is barely utilized. Only for potty times and outside and inside play. No pictures, no food updates of what they are eating. No updates of when she fell asleep and woke. Miss my old daycare because they were very detail oriented and covered everything my daughter did everyday. I knew What she ate and how much of it. I always Knew if she was having fun and being playful. Always got pictures of her during her nap. Every since I transfered My daughter she has been getting sick all the time. Afraid the daycare may not be sanitary enough.
