Description: Little Bird Preschool began as a home-based preschool and has since expanded into a full time preschool and art studio.
We offer preschool (with full-time child care options), art lessons for children, Parents’ night out, birthday parties, and special art events.
We hope to foster children’s natural sense of wonder about the world and cultivate their curiosity for learning. We provide children with meaningful experiences for play and exploration while nourishing their potential as individuals. Our environment is carefully set up so that children may be in charge of their own learning.
Little Bird Preschool values each child as an individual. We are heavily influenced by the philosophy of Reggio Emilia and play based learning. We wish to engage the mind of the young child through providing an attractive, child focused, creative, art focused and welcoming environment.
We believe that play is essential in the lives of young children and believe that we provide a unique experience to Amarillo, Texas
