For anyone with experience, daycares are stressful when you don't communicate your needs! However, I absolutely ADORE this place. I've over 10 years experience with childcare and the management team here is so compassionate, more than any other place I have worked. Anika has been the director since basically opening and she is THOROUGH! I feel safe having my children attend here as well, with security cameras to monitor everything going on visually and verbally on top of electronic daily reports so I can see how my babies days are going! I honestly feel that I have nothing to worry about.. Not to mention, the staff are always on top of supervising and educating their kiddos. Any issues that I have brought up have been immediately taken care of and solved, any help I needed was met! They run a tight ship, with rules placed specifically to protect the children AND the staff no matter what!!
This may seem like a happy an cheery place, but management is terrible. I was hired before Little Tigers opened and worked there for many months. First, the owner is awfully rude to the employees and makes it very obvious who her favorites are. If she doesn’t particularly like you she degraded you every chance she gets. This has even caused workers to fight among each other. Second, because of the owners actions there is a high turnover rate. This isn’t the best for the children who need a person consistently in there lives. They have also gone through two directors already. Lastly, it is not uncommon to get employees who are rude to the children because of the turnover rate. I had witnessed many cases of children being left out, or ones who had behavioral issues being ignored.
