I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

When I drove around the building there were 2 staff members smoking outside. When I entered the building there were 20 children eating with 2 other staff members.
They were out of ratio.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This center does not keep ratios like they say they do. There are teachers always going out for smoke breaks and leaving a staff member out of ratio. There are also times children are sent outside to play without sunscreen or water. They only use a baby wipe to clean the diaper changing table and to wash their hands after changing children. they do not inform parents if their child was hurt that day as well.
