On 1/28/22 i was informed by a note on the door that starting that very next week they'd be closing early every Wednesday from that point on. That wasn't the hours i needed to be able to work my job so i had to act fast and find a new daycare. I thought everything was ok, no one mentioned that a 2 week notice was needed. I didn't even get a week's notice of this schedule change so that should have made their 2 weeks notice rule null. Now two weeks later I'm seeing that I've been charged for the past two weeks and the owner got really rude when i started pressing for a refund. He refused to tell me if i was getting refund or not making me have to dispute it with my bank and now I'm barely able to pay for my other daycare. The owner offers lower rates at this location only to hold it over your head that if you want better service you should go to a more expensive location. If you could see the messages you'd be shocked! He's now still refusing a refund, I'm disputing it with my bank and he's also blocked my number.
