The owner of this business left my grandson stranded at summer camp several times. She agreed to take my grandson to summer camp, round trip for $100.00 a week. If she wasn’t late, she was a complete no show. How can you make a commitment and fail so miserably. Because my daughter really needed this transportation, her agreed to compromise with the owner. My grandson would now be dropped off at the daycare and taken to camp and my we would pick him up from the daycare. Even that was too hard to accomplish. On one occasion, I went to the daycare to pickup my grandson. I rung the ring doorbell only to discover it was broken. I tried the door and it opened. The interior was dark and children were lying down napping. No supervision. I called out hello to get someone’s attention several times. I was in that building with several unattended children for at least five minutes, before a lady came walking by. She didn’t even noticed I was there until I said excuse me. And to my surprise my grandson hadn’t yet made it back to the daycare, even though camp was over at 11:30 and it was now 1:00.
Why would you accept an assignment you couldn’t handle? Why aren’t your doors locked? Napping children still need supervision. Where’s my daughter’s money, you only completed half the job and not satisfactory. Why am I writing this review and not my daughter? Because she doesn’t understand separation of business and friendship. You did my grandbaby wrong.
