I called to get information about an incident involving my child after they sent out a message on the app stating they feel like counseling is needed for my child. I simply called as a concerned parent calmly asking what all transpired that day. The director was extremely unprofessional and quite rude. She told me that she did not have to tell me anything and that if I have any questions that I can speak to the father. Last I checked, I have every right as a parent to know what is going on with my child at any facility. They even deleted the message suggesting counseling and would not respond to my messages inquiring why it was deleted. Thankfully I have screenshots of everything. I'd certainly suggest new management. As a first impression with the director I can say I am not impressed whatsoever. I can see why they have a 3 star rating.
I had to take my son to his dentist appointment. And afterwards I would drop him back off at day care. We stand outside in the cold for over ten minutes because this place apparently doesn’t believe in staffing the front office. I would understand if it’s once. But this is the second time we’ve had difficulty getting in. The first time was over 15 minutes. I rang the door bell and knocked and luckily someone was coming in that happened to work there. And when I made the complaint that nobody was in there to the staff they proceeded to call my sons mother and state that I was rude and knocking. When I have my almost two month old son upset because it’s cold outside I’m going to say something. And the immaturity of calling my sons mother because of my complaint is the icing on top. We will be seeking other day care options.
